Same Day Collection Policy

We Understand that sometimes you need your order right away. That’s why we offer a same day collection service for your convenience, just come down to our showroom, one of our Friendly staff will take it from there to ensure your goods are ready for you 

Eligibility:

• Available for select products and locations.
• Orders must be placed before 12PM to Qualify for the same day collections(if you are having drawer fronts cut down please give us 24 hours) 

Collection Process: 

1. Place your order online or via telephone on 0161 643 2227 
2. Bring your order confirmation 
3. Collect your order at you showroom 

Important Information 

• Orders not collected within 48 hours will be cancelled and refunded, unless you have told us otherwise (If you have had Drawer fronts cut down and they have not been collected you will still be charged)  
• If someone else is collect on your behalf, they must present your order confirmation and a valid ID
